Jon Folland – CEO

Before founding Nativ, Jon was a Head of Technology at a number of start-ups, managing the development of large-scale technical solutions for MTV and BBC. Prior to this, Jon was a Technical Team Leader at Razorfish, UK where he managed and mentored teams of developers in the delivery of technical solutions for high profile clients such as British Aerospace, NMEC, Natwest and Britannia.

Previously Nick worked at a start-up where he led interactive TV and broadband development. Prior to this, he worked at Razorfish, UK. He has a strong technical background, having developed embedded solutions in the mobile, mining and medical industries. He has published papers on digital signal processing.

Nick is a member of the official ISO-MPEG standards working group, working on behalf of the BSI.

Gordon Ashworth was previously Finance Director and Chief Executive Officer of Asite plc, a listed technology company. Prior to this, Gordon gained experience as Finance Director in the IT contracting, hospitality, consulting, and banking sectors. Gordon qualified as an accountant in 1989. He has previously held directorships at K2 Hyman Capital Solutions Limited, K2 Partnering Solutions Ltd, LOC 10 Limited and Encoreforum Limited.

Daren has over 20 years experience in the IT Industry, having previously worked as a Development Manager and Technical Team Lead in the Consulting and Product departments for a number of large organisations (IBM, Northgate, Logica). He has delivered a number of success stories to large mission critical government and industry projects, growing top technical talent in teams delivering industry leading solutions, including the leading Forensic Case Management System used by the majority of the UK’s police forces.

Andrew is responsible for customer support and service delivery. His focus is on delivering services that meet SLA and delight our customers. Prior to joining Nativ, Andrew worked in the technology industry for a number of organisations including Asea Brown Boveri, US West, Morse and Itochu Corp. Andrew has delivered support and managed services to a range of clients in the telecommunications, financial services and media sectors. Andrew has built and managed teams that have delivered and supported mission-critical and business-transforming services to a range of blue chips.

Richie Brady has managed and owned several high profile projects/programmes in Government (including Irish Police Force and Revenue Commissioners) and Financial Services (UK Post Office/ Bank Of Ireland) for both Accenture and BearingPoint.  As well as being a experienced and certified project manager, he is also a certified senior technical architect with a background in the J2EE, Web Services, SOA and application server domain. Richie’s has over 15 years experience within the IT industry.
